The Loranque Special Reserve is an estate-bottled wine from Toledo, Spain. It’s aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
This one is fruit-forward nose with a hit of oak. It’s dry, soft, full-bodied, well-balanced and has a velvety mouthfeel. It leaves a pleasant, elegant finish. Simply put, this is one of the finer examples of the classic Spanish Tempranillo grape.
Loranque is made with technical assistance from Telmo Rodriguez, who is considered one of the top pioneer winemakers from Spain.
