The Spanish Red® strives to do everything possible to help our customers enjoy a great purchase experience with us.
If you have any problem with your order, or if you find any errors or issues with the products you receive, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will send out a replacement package to you.
If your item is no longer available we will either credit your account or contact you to arrange for a replacement product.
Please note that any problems with the receipt of your package must be communicated to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
All product returns (unless due to our error) are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee, and must be shipped back to us at the recipient’s expense.
